The Challenge

Noor Ali, Sales & Marketing Manager, was well aware his sales team were overdue for some specialist sales training, particularly in the areas of dealing with objections and price negotiation. He was looking to find a training partner who could address these issues in a cost-effective and innovative way. His last venture into training had been rated by his staff as "old-fashioned and classroom based" and had little relevance to their business.

The Solution

Noor Ali was keen to work with an innovative and creative sales training organisation. After considerable research, Noor selected Metamorphose International as his training partner. This event is specifically designed to take sales people out of their comfort zone and place them into a realistic, action-based business simulation, where their sales process is exactly replicated. meta -morphose conducted detailed research, working with Noor and his team, to identify exactly how his sales process worked. The training team also shadowed a number of CryoService's sales executives to experience a sales meeting first hand and to understand how their buyers operate. The resulting business simulation was an accurate reconstruction of the typical sales situation the CryoService team would normally expect. 

The results of the training were both immediate and measurable. The team were excited and inspired by the training experience, finding it informative, stimulating and helpful and as 'true to life' as it could possibly be. Summarising his experience Noor said:
