- Each month, Metamorphose receives circa 3,000 CVs, from graduates.
- The vast majority are NOT right for a career in sales however there are a number of very talented individuals.
- Of these graduates, following screening, we invite small numbers to meet us each week. Large numbers at assessment days simply don't work. We run several assessment days each month.

- For a large telecommunications company, we provided a newly designed training programme - which was then delivered at the client's branches nationwide to 30 new business-development people. This entire process was completed in just eight weeks, from an initial screening of approximately 2,500 applications to the completion of the bespoke training.
- For the last three years, we have run branded assessment days for a large company in the medical devices industry. As a result, we have placed a total of 43 people. All of these are still employed with the company - and include a national sales manager, three regional sales managers and the overall winner of the UK's National Sales Awards - 'Sales Professional of the Year'.
- A sales management training programme which we developed for a specialist sales leasing company has been fully accredited by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM). This training programme has resulted in the company becoming a finalist in two categories of the Orange National Business Awards ('Business of the Year' and 'Bright Business') for its 'excellence through innovation'.
